Case Specific Enquiry London

Dear all,,
I sent a Case Specific Enquiry yeterday to CIC London asking about my immigration status but I have not recieved the automatic message acknowledging that they have received my enquiry. I though I have written my email address wronge that's why I sent another one again today but again there is no automatic message sent to my email. I am wondering whether this is only happened to me or with all of you guys, and what do you recommend me to do in this case? Your reply will be highly appreciated.

How much time do they take to answer case specific inquiry ? please share your experiences.

Hi all,, Thank you very much for your contribution in this enquiry. I sent my application on July 2007, I recieved the updated document request on July 2009, I sent the documents on October 2009 but since then I have not recieved the medical request. they usually reply to the case specific enquiry in about 9-10 days in most cases. what do you recommend me to do guys as I have seen in many forums that after the updated documents been sent I have to recieve the medical request in about 3 months.

go to your "sent mail" folder to check if you types address was an erratum.

Thanks,, but why the sent box, I have sent my enquiry through the eForm of CIC so nothing to do with the sent items.

Based on what i learnt from this forum sending emails at times might delay processing.I have sent enquiry through the same forum though got the automated reply but heard nothing since Jan.Keeping praying or you could send another fresh one ensuring your email address is correct and pls do make reference to the 1st email.Seniors pls contribute.
