Case Processing delay cause

My spouse going to sponsor me in march 2010, but I have a question
my spouse had an road accident in 2004, she sue for reclaim demerge and medical expenses, every after 6 months she has to go through judiciary process, which is under process up till now, does it consider as a cause for delaying in case processing?

Hello mak39,

If I understand you correctly, these are two completely separate cases and one should not affect the other. There are a few guidelines that list the eligibility for a sponsor to apply and this does not fit any of those

Thus any delays would not be due to legal matters arising from your sponsors accident and subsequent legal issues

No, it shouldn't make a difference. The only time court things are an issue is if there are criminal charges against the person applying.

No, only being on welfare or in bankruptcy would disqualify her as a sponsor.
