Case Notes / PR Expiration Question

I knew how to do this at one point, but can't seem to figure it out now, even after an hour bouncing around the CIC website and doing Google searches. Where do I go to order the case notes for my file? Now that I've landed, I'm curious as to what's in there.

Also, I've heard PRs can expire somehow. Is this a thing? How do I make sure that doesn't happen?

No - you also need to renew your PR card every five years.

I think there should be a sticky post for ordering case notes. I know somebody around was kind enough to make a video, and I've seen several posts about it, but I know that if I ever want to do it I'm going to have to ask some questions. There should be a sticky post with the basics!

No - you also need to renew your PR card every five years.
