I am working on a closed workpermit under skilled worker category (NOC A )and after 2 months I applied for open work permit for spouse and visitor visa for child. After more than 50 days of wait we received a refusal letter stating that my NOC is not eligible for applying spouse or child’s visa . It was a clear mistake from the visa officer. We launched an enquiry to the visa office . It’s been more than 15 days but no response . How much time usually they take to respond?
