I have received a conditional offer letter for admission in MEng environmental engineering in 14-11-2013.Conditions are 1)I have to attenf ESLA course as i have 5.5 in writing 2) I have to send official degree as my transcript doesnt convey that my degree has been awarded.
So i have few issues:-
1) 1 Dec is last for visa file submission and i am left with only 15 days in which i habe to pay the fee,Gic,apply for visa and in the mean time i also have to send my degree for unconditional offer letter.
2)What if i pay the fee and gic but fail to get unconditional offer letter on time?
3)Esla course will effect the visa chances?
4)Can i defer my admission for next intake?

1. For university category, GIC is not mandatory..you can show funds equivalent to 10000$ in your bank account.
2. You can apply for visa with conditional offer letter (i applied with conditional offer letter and got study permit. ) but u better check with university whether they will issue any unconditional offer letter after u send ur degree certificate.
3. I dont have any idea on this
4. You will have to check with university regarding this. CIC has nothing to do with it.

University will issue me unconditional offer letter after collecting my documents but i think fir the visa process i need unconditional offer letter , which i will not get on time i guess.

Not enough time left...only ten working days. Better defer your admission to next intake. I probably think 5.5 in any module may affect your visa. So don't take a chance with refusal... that would be my advice.

Do i need to pay the university visa before applying for visa or i only need Letter of acceptance from university?

Paying university fee is not mandatory...if u r showing education loan, it will be sufficient...

People are saying that i need to submit 50% fee prior to applying fr visa.
