Hello, Shail, congrats for securing the admission.
There are two departments of electrical and computer engineering named ELEC and SYSC. You have to complete 10 courses. Under both departments, you can take maximum 3 courses per semester. There are limited courses in summer and most students don't take it. You can work or intern full time in summer.

Now about the difficulty, it totally depends on the chosen courses. For example, courses like Interactive media and digital arts (discontinued now) are relatively easy than courses such as Distributed systems or VLSI. The course depends on professor totally so don't take any course by only reading its name. You can contact the seniors and also check the rating of professors at ratemyprofessor com.

As 70% is the minimum pass percentage, you can fail the courses if you don't pay attention to what's going in the class. I don't think Master is difficult if you study regularly. Having a similar minded peer group can help in subjects which you find difficult. Some courses have group projects and students fail in those courses as they don't communicate often with other international group members due to cultural or language barriers and don't complete the projects on time. Remember, most professors want the work to be completed by the deadline. Every assignment and project contribute towards your total grade in each subject.

To conclude, if you are proactive and serious about your studies, you can get A & A+ grades else it's a tough nut to crack.

Thank you so much for the information. So if a person will pay attention in the class and study sincerely then he/she will pass the exam/project and gets a degree.
