Caregiver pregnant

My girlfriend is a caregiver and she just found out shes pregnant, we dont know what to do because shes worried she ill get deported if her employer finds out...does anyone have any information on a situation like this?

I don't think getting pregnant is a serious crime in Canada that will cause her deportation=))
