Below if a brief work profile of my friend who is interested in applying for the canadian immigration. Can someone please suggest/share your views whether with this profile, how easy would it be for him to get a job in Canada?

Training (Learning & Development) and Project Management (Transitions)

End-to-end Project Management (Transition to steady state) of Projects in purview of Off-shoring from training standpoint. Manage IT infrastructure, Hiring of resources, Business Continuity planning (BCP), Discuss & Finalize Client Service Level Agreements (SLA), Ensure successful Project Management.

Strategize & develop Knowledge Transfer Model to be followed during a new Transition. Coordinate with Process SMEs to develop Assessment procedures to check knowledge transfer effectiveness & evaluate individual proficiency levels, and thereby re-enforce any training / assessment before process moves into pilot / production.

Responsible for supporting transitions of highly contextual & fragmented processes (KPO) from Training standpoint. Primary Interface for an LOB - PMO for all transitions related training activities.

Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA)

Identify & work towards developing relevant Training material to ensure enhanced process knowledge. Liaison & ensure Training infrastructure planning & assessment.
