End-to-end Project Management (Transition to steady state) of Projects in purview of Off-shoring from training standpoint. Manage IT infrastructure, Hiring of resources, Business Continuity planning (BCP), Discuss & Finalize Client Service Level Agreements (SLA), Ensure successful Project Management.
Strategize & develop Knowledge Transfer Model to be followed during a new Transition.
