Hi Everyone

I got few questions on career employment Pathway program

1. Am I eligible for the Career Employment Pathway in Manitoba if I have completed a one-year post-secondary program in another Canadian province (From Ontario in 2023) and later one-year program in Manitoba (From Winnipeg in 2024)?

Also, would like to know, can I apply for Manitoba PNP program under Implied status (Have submitted application for PGWP after my study in Manitoba), while waiting for application approval. On my Implied status letter it is mentioned that I can work for any employer with no hours of restrictions

1. Ask officials because you graduated from another provice.
If you are an international student who graduated in another province of Canada and/or are not working in an in-demand occupation, you may be eligible to apply under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba Pathway.

FYI - you lose 200 points for studying and working outside Manitoba so chances of nomination are very small. Also provincial PNPs are cut by 50%

Currently, I am working in an in-demand occupation in Manitoba related to my field of study. Also, the Career Employment Pathway I am referring to does not have a points system; it is solely based on two criteria: 1) one year of study in Manitoba, and 2) a full-time job related to your study in Manitoba (which I have already fulfilled). Therefore, the deduction of 200 points doesn't matter in my case (if I am considered for this program). The only question is whether they will consider me for this program, given that I have also studied in another province

You will have to ask because you did study in another province so according to rules ineligible. They may make exceptions.
