Career Advise Needed - Doctor

I need some job advise. For a qualified Doctor, with FCPS in Gyane/Obs from Pakistan, what are the job prospects.

Currently, working in Saudia Arabia as a consultant. I have noted on other threads that job market for international medical graduates is not so good, and there could be a long wait before one can start practice.

I was wondering if someone can provide professional advise in this regard.
