Decline collision and comprehensive coverage for such an old vehicle. Also allstate has a program which monitors your driving for 6 months and you can get upto 30% off if you drive responsibly. 15% is more realistic.

depends on the no of yrs of accident free driving.
showing 10 yrs of accident free driving i got 180$ per month, still high. one of my colleagues did not show any and got it for 350 a month.
