CAQ-VISA related issue for International Student

Hello,

I've offer letter from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec. As per rules I've applied for CAQ prior to visa application. Now the problem is I'm expecting an offer letter from University of Regina, Saskatchewan as well. If Quebec government issues the CAQ, Can I still apply for visa for the other provinces such as Saskatchewan? Need help from senior members.

You need a CAQ only if you're planning to study in the province of Quebec.
