Hello, I am in a very complicated situation, my caq renewal got refused on ground of ‘studying is not my main concern’, however according I was always a full time student and also have a letter of authentication from my university proving that. I also provided a letter of explanation for my caq renewal as to why I failed some courses. I never worked since I came to Canada as a student. I only failed some courses in my engineering degree over 3 years of which I retook them as well. Now I have 2 semesters left to graduate and I got my CAQ rejection. I am not getting any adequate solutions from my university either. My time and money wasted for nothing? What can I do? My life depends on this decision.
