Hello,
I applied for a CAQ which had a fradulent document provided by the agents. To justify my side I appealed for withdrawal of the CAQ application and also provided all the proofs. Now, I have recieved a letter from Quebec immigration stating that they aren't satisfied by this and won't entertain any applications from me for the next five years. Does this affects the express entry profile?
Is there any way out from this.

This would likely not affect your EE profile/application. Be sure to submit genuine documents next time. You -not your agents- are wholly responsible for any documents submitted in your name. The documents bear your signature not anyone else's.

Thank you very much for the reply.
Also, I have not signed the documents for the CAQ application. It was all a fraud. Do I need to justify myself with the help of a lawyer. If yes is it required for the lawyer to be from Quebec only?
Thanks
