Applied for a CAQ which was refused because they said there were missing documents. But I don't understand how this is possible, because I have taken photocopies of every single document I sent them and I have a signature that one of their employees has received my documents. I am sending all the items they said they were missing today by express post again, but I am more than 100% sure I have sent them before since I have photos as proof too. Does anyone know how long this will take? Has this happened to anyone before? I cannot even call the Quebec immigration because they are on a holiday until Monday, but I have contacted them by email, and the university. Thanks.
