Cap full-300 under occupation of Finance & Investment Analyst..Will it reopen.??

Hi folks I hv already send my docs. To WES for my credential evaluation n preparin for IELTS Exam.....n now I hv seen dat Cap under occupation of Financial & investment Analyst is already sealed to 300 nos. ....
Will it get reopened agn by December or shud I hv to wait till May nex year....I.e 2014...????

No - the cap won't re-open in December. You'll have to wait until next May/June to see the new rules for FSW and if this occupation is still on the list.

apparently the CAP was reached on May 27..I apply on May 29 and have no news at all, we will have to wait

Hi Ann,

It is very strange that inspite of best of our efforts we were late,our all hopes are live until we did not receive any response from CIC. As per record CIC announced CAP in August and in case you applied on 29th May your application should reached to them by 2nd or 3rd Sep. According to some one CIC is currently processing the Applications of 2nd and 3rd Week of June, if that could be the case then CIC should have respond to you in case CAP reached well ahead in May.
