CAP Closed for 2174 (Computer Programmer)

My application was delivered on 24th September. Few weeks ago the CAP is closed for NOC 2174.
Its 70 days already but no information on my application (no AOR).

Little worried.... :-[

Your application is going to be returned unprocessed. The cap was reached by applications received in May and early June. Your application was received too late to be included in the cap.

Yeah...Any idea how long will it take for my application to come back unprocessed.
I have all my original document. IELTS and WES.
I need those for reapplying via express entry.
