Can't validate form IMM 5669 - Schedule A (2018 version)

I have input the data exactly as my PR application in personal history section. I cannot validate the form as it keeps popping up a message on a specific field. I have no gaps!

Dates are as above. It can't validate:

2013-11 -2013-12 Employment

I am using IM5669e (02-2018) version!

What can I do??

I am not sure but I have one assumtion: you do have a gap between 2013-11-2013-12 and 2013-07 -2013-07 Travel/Holiday - now with deleted 5-10 month you don't have 5-6 months. before it was double 5-6-7 in employment and unemployment)


but you've scared me: I've just sent recently as additional document required the IMM5669e Scdedule A and I used the form which has no validation option at all - and just 5 fields for personal history.
Can you please send the link to the form you are using??

You have to download it from their site (the newest version). The one they send is from 2012

Use the one they send you. I made the mistake of trying to find it myself, but it seems there are older versions that are still being used
