cant upload application for temporary resident visa imm5257

when i upload application imm5257 i get this error : Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.

and i did click on validate button on the application and it loos just fine, i filled out all the blanks

Then it should work. If it doesn't then you need to review it more carefully.
