Cant sign up for the Application Status Tracker more than a month and a week after AOR

May 10th, 2024 AOR, PNP MANITOBA OUTLAND, EXPRESS ENTRY

ITA: 10 JANUARY
ITA AGAIN (DECLINED FIRST TIME AND WAS STILL IN THE POOL FOR THE SECOND ROUND): 10 MARCH
SUBMISSION OF ALL DOCS AND AOR: MAY 11TH (DEADLINE MAY 12TH)
POLICE RECORD RECEIVED BY EMBASSY OF CANADA ON OR AROUND JUNE 6TH
JUNE 14TH: NO UPDATE

I submitted a letter that showed I request a police certificate....
Does anyone know how to contact the IRCC and ask on the progress of my application ?

When I try to register for the app I get:

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

MY UCI still has the format of CAN000....

Am I in trouble ? Was my application received at all ?

You cannot register with CAN-type UCI. You need to wait until it changes.

When you pass the completeness check stage. It's about when you get Biometrics Invitation Letter.
