Can't sign in into IRCC visa application portal

Hello, I'm trying to apply for a visitor visa for my parents. IRCC website is now asking me to apply through one of the new portals: https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en

I created an account, but I can't log in. When I try to log in I get the error below. I tried using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome's incognito mode. I deleted my cookies, I tried clicking in "forgot your password?" and creating a new password... nothing works. I'm desperate now, haven't seen my family in years. IRCC is not replying to web forms, or phone calls. Anyone going through the same, any solutions? Thank you!!

If you are using any browser extensions, please disable them. Likewise, check your antivirus software (i.e. if you have anything installed) - I have had issues with Kaspersky and the IRCC portal - uninstalling Kaspersky would allow me to log into the portal without any issues.

Thanks @ipkonfig, I tried from different devices to make sure that wasn't the problem :/ Regarding browser extensions, I tried with different browsers, some of them with no extensions installed. For extra info I also took a look at Chrome and Firefox's network traffic and the http code for the response is a 400 saying the backend request time out after 3 seconds and the user couldn't be validated

In that case, I would recommend completing / submitting a web form citing this issue.

An alternate faster approach would be to send a direct message to IRCC via their twitter account. They usually respond within a week (everytime I have contacted them).
