I received my AOR last week and have been trying to register for the eCAS. The system can find me using my UCI and Application Number, but when they say they sent me an email verification code, I don't receive anything.
I have tried this multiple times for 3 days in different devices, including my iPad, my desktop, my phone, and my laptop, but I don't receive the verification email.
I have been checking my spam folder periodically, but don't receive anything.
I am in Canada, not using VPN or anything, and my email is a personal Gmail account. Any idea what might have gone wrong? I have reported tech issue using the Web form but I doubt if I'd hear from IRCC about this soon.
