Hi there,
I have a huge problem! I finished the application for citizenship on paper.
Everything worked until I needed to sign in to pay the fee.
Obviously my account and those for my husband still exist, but I used it years ago for the renewal of our PR cards and can't remember the passwords neither the answers of the security questions.
When I clicked that I forgot the password, the message to reset it, never showed up in my inbox. I'm helpless now. I don't know what to do!
Please help me!
