Can't link my application! - July 2017 outbound spousal sponsorship

Help! I received an email to link my application form - and I can't link my application to the account.

I tried all the tricks suggested from as recent as March 2017 on this forum:

1) enter space bar under city - didn't work, they still requested
2) enter in 2 instead of 1 under number of applicants
3) leave passport blank - didn't work, they still requested
4) tried every combination entering under UCI#, application #, family name etc.
5) started a new GC key


Does anyone else have any other tips/tricks?

I used one that was posted just a few days ago. Successful Link something like that. It works for some. It did for me. We have a rep too. They say I can't but I did.
