Can't link account

Hello

I got UCI number on December 13th until today i can't track my application on ECAS or link it to my account
anybody has the same issue?

I am unable to link mine too, but I have not received AOR as yet and my application was delivered on the 9th January 2017.

I am in the same boat. My paper application was received on 18th Jan. But no EXP number so far.

Anyone?? it has been almost 2 months since AOR and i still cant access my account status

I am on the same boat. I applied on the 15th of january and I received confirmation of application on FEB 2nd. I tried linking my account but of no avail. Maybe they haven't updated their system yet?
