Can't get the previous employer reference letter

I recently got ITA under STEM category. I have experience with two companies and post ITA we have to submit the reference letter from previous employers. Unfortunately, my first employer stopped their operation completely in 2020 in this case I'm planning to get a letter from my former colleague who worked along with me also, I'm planning to enclose a letter of explanation with the affidavit and relieving letter, my pay slips(last 6months I worked) and offer letters. Are these documents sufficient to submit?

I'm a bit confused because I went through multiple forums searching this situation but none of them was not much helpful.

Give them whatever you can gather about that job and it should be sufficient enough. They want to see that you worked in the position that you’re claiming to have worked on. If they require anymore information from you they’ll send you an adr (additional document request) or else you’ll be good to go.
