Cant get ahold of someone via phone?

Hi all,

I am trying to speak to someone at My cic, so I have been ringing 1 888 242 2100. The last few times I have been told that they are too busy by the automated system and get hung up on.
I usually ring at my lunch break, but not sure if anyone else is having this problem?

I have been trying since last 1 week same msg. I tried in morning as well as at lunch time everyday. No luck:-(
