Can't find Family Composition form

Nairobi office has requested my parents to fill out new IMM8; Schedule A Form and Family composition form. I can't find Family composition form on CIC website?

Is IMM5406E same as a 'Family Composition form'? I just want to confirm to not fill wrong form and delay the process.
