Can't Download IMM 0008 from CIC :( Is this the correct form?

that link works well, but i see on bottom of form (06-2002) - is this the correct version of this form?

is the correct title and date. The form gets updated sometimes, and if you use an old form, you risk having the whole thing sent back to you for updated forms.

Go back to the CIC website, RIGHT-click on the form link and "save as....".

Try using a different computer.

Do not open the link first with your browser. Save the link directly to your computer, and then open it.

Also try with a different browser (Firefox or Chrome or even Internet Explorer). I think that sometimes there's some weird setting that interferes with someone directly downloading a PDF file, and using a "fresh" browser might get around the issue.

For some odd reason it -only- worked on Internet Explorer, for me. To fill in and validate the form. I had to download IE, lol.
