Cant create account on Tracker

so my sponsor received AOR.
We are trying to create account on tracker but unable to do so.

principal Applicant doest have last name , so we used first name as last name on application.

how to create an account when one name field is empty?

i cant even do with sponsor’s information?

Which tracker did you try? if it is this one https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, it has not been updating since mid-June. Try cgkey now. There are other options you can choose from when linking the application, at the end, use numbers of applicants = 2 (count the sponsor in the mix) instead of 1.
