I applied for my wife family sponsorship in June and she got a message from CIC below for Police Certificates. we included her Police Certificate from her country of residence but she lived in Italy for 8 months and we forgot to include Police Certificates from there. Now we are trying to get Italian PCC but it's very hard to apply unless someone does it in person and we don't have anyone there to do it for us.
Experts, can you please explain what does this email mean? and if we don't submit docs within 30 days, what will happen? Will they reject our application?
