hello guys,
here is my new problem, I want to go India this october and my employer says "This is a risky decision to take at this point of time". According to him after food motorium POE officer are very strict in checking TFW documents and it depends on their judgment if thy allow TFW in to canada. He know few frnds of frnds that has bad experience at port of entry while returning to canada. If this is the situation thn "Can I ever go to India or not"
My profile
1)International student working as retail sales supervisor and when my PGWP expired i applied new workpermit with my preapproved lmo.
2)Got closed wp recently for 2yrs
3)got trv recently two days back
4)have employer letter, vacation approval letter
what else i need? Wht more the POE officer would expect? If I do have a prob and they ask me to leave, then shuld i leave right away and there is no meaning to CIC workpermit and trv and emplyer letter.
Anybody who have gone to india to visit and have faced any probs?
Please share ur experience and time
thanks
suzy
