Cannot validate 5669

In section 5 (Education history) My wife has only completed primary school.
The next section asks to give details about all secondary and post secondary education. Obviously there is nothing to record here but when I try to validate the form I am told I must fill in this part.

Should I just not validate the form and N/A that section?

Put anything to get the form to validate and then explain on a separate sheet.
