Cannot upload the forms for visitor visa

Hi,

I have been having this issue for over than two months now, I tried every single possible solution but nothing worked.
I basically get an error message when uploading both "Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257)" & "Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)"

The error message I am getting is below, the files are validated with not issue. I am using the latest version 06-2019 and it seems like the older version 02-2019 should work but I cannot find it online. Can anyone help please?

Error: We couldn't upload your file.

Hello! How did you overcome this error? I'm facing this issue and I've tried pretty much all options like browser, internet, device, PDF software etc. Nothing seems to work so far.
