Cannot upload pdf-documents in my CIC application

Hey people out there,

i just cannot upload pdf-documents in my cic-application. every time i try it says the document is not a pdf or it is an "invalid" pdf. How can that be?? What do i have to do? has anything like that happened to any of you before?

Help will be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Check the size of the PDF file, if its a high res PDF and of larger size, then you cannot upload, check the size restriction on CIC website.

Alternatively, try creating a new PDF with lower resolution (like 150 dpi)
