I received my ITA after accepted my PNP. However, while I was filling out the eAPR, I realized that i put Yes under section Intended work in Canada, for question "Do you have a valid job offer in Canada?" in my EE profile. After doing some research, I came to a conclusion that my job offer is NOT valid because the employer does not have LMIA, and also I was working under PGWP, not a closed WP. Another thing is I put $20000 under the section Fund to bring in Canada, when I realized could have put 0 so the system does not ask me to upload the Proof of funds.
Therefore, I declined the ITA hoping that I can update my EE to be as accurate as possible, because I'm sure with the PNP, I will be invited again for the next round of invitation. However, after declining the ITA formally, when going back to my EE profile, it did not let me update the information. The system only let me to View form instead of Update form. Could anyone please assist me on this? Thank you so much!
