Cannot Save completed Pdf form

Hi there,

More of a computer question...

I understand these forms are generated as you complete them.

I am however only able to save a blank copy.

My Adobe reader won't let me save my completed form...

Is there anyway I can do this or have CIC essential locked the properties of their forms.
