Cannot locate my PR CARD and cannot link application to CIC account

Hello

My PR card still hasn't arrived and its been almost 3 months.

For the entire application process i haven't been able to link my application to my cic account. Now I cannot locate my PR card because of this.

I submitted countless enquiries and they were not answered.

Please someone help!
