Cannot Link my wife's application to new account

I had my IRCC account locked.
I tried to link my and my wife's application to a new account.
I could link mine, whoever I could not link hers.

I have tried every combination possible even copying and pasting from the visa form.
I am the main applicant with an job offer and she was applying for a open work permit.

We filled a webform a month ago however we did not get any reply.
Last week my visa was approved and we got an update on her application. However, we cannot see what was the update on her side.
I believe we only need to send our passports to the consulate... But I do not have access to her letter.
I sent more questions on the webform last week asking the old account to be unlocked or her application to be linked to the new account.

Does anyone know how to proceed.
