Cannot decide on NOC code - Mixed background in software

Hello.

I have around 7 years of experience in Software Engineering where I served as Software Engineer, Team Lead, Engineering Manager or even Engineering Director.

I'm not sure which NOC code to choose. Should I go with "0213 Computer and information systems managers" (Level 0) or "2173 Software engineers and designers" (Level A)

NOTE:

• I have both Bachelor and Masters in Software. In addition, I also have an MBA
• Almost half of my experience is in software managerial positions

Employment requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering is usually required.
• Several years of experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience, are required.

secondly, it depends on, can you get a reference letter mentioning the duties related to that NOC, if yes you can confidently select any NOC code.

Thanks for the response. They say that 0 NOCs get higher priority and attention. Is this true?
