If you applied in May for fall 16 intake, you applied little late ( i think)

And you must tell you applied to which university and on which date of May, if you expecting any reply.

The agent gave you ridiculous answer. He at least should give you the name of the university. You should be the one to choose and apply for it , not ur agent.

Yes, it takes a lot of patience to hear it from the Canadian Universities. I applied into U of T on December 2015 for the September 2016 intake and guess when did I got to hear from them?? May 31st 2016, yes, it took them 5 months to get on to a decision. Some other universities that I have applied in earlier, too took at least 2 months to reply me back with their final decision. I'm still waiting to hear from 2 more universities where I have applied on April 2016. So, yeah, all you can do is wait and watch.
