Ny Filipino fiance has done her K1 visa interview at the US Embassy in Manila.
We were missing a couple of documents because they weren't PSA documents, so the application is on hold until we provide them.
Now something has come up and we want to cancel the entire K1 process. Who do we mail or email or call to do this without prejudice?
We've decided to go another route that is more beneficial for her and her son.
Is it a simple email, or do I write a letter or do I make a phone call?
It's very important that we withdraw without prejudice. So that we are free to apply in the future.
Thank you in advance for any information. This is always been a helpful site.

Are you talking about Visa to US? This forum is for Canadian visa and PR questions...
Not sure if this is the right place to seek help.

You need to post your question to a US immigration forum.
