Cancelling an Application

I applied for tourist visa online and paid $100 + Biometric fees. though the visa processing time was only 15 days, it did not tell about 15days for biometrics appointment. Now, the timelines will not work for my travel. I am planning to complete the biometrics (for future). but want to cancel the visa application. Will the application fee be returned? I am okay to lose the biometrics fees, question is will the application fee be returned?
