Cancelled LMO

Hi to every body, I applied 1 year ago for a LIGHT DUTY CLEANER job and finally got the LMO from the employer but a had a big problem in my country and i was enable to finish the process. The employer fill an application with my name on it and of course it was never used because of my problem, and the employer cancel the LMO and stop my entry to Canada what can i do????
Can i apply again with another employer?
