Can an employer cancel LMO application after 8 - 9 weeks??? Very important - please help! (please only reply in english, thx)

Thank u. The only reason i ask is that since he applied for my LMO, he advertised my job several times in these 9 weeks and not contacting me about any updates since the beginning...

LMO process takes time may be 2 to 3 months in some cases
