Cancel work permit application after receiving eCoPR?

Hi everyone,

I applied for my PR and a work permit extension last year. I recently received my eCoPR but have no news on the work permit extension yet.

IRCC has no information on what to do in this scenario. Should I wait for them to cancel the application since I am a PR and don’t need the work permit anymore? Or should I send a web form to withdraw the application.

Any suggestions or similar experiences are appreciated!

I think you can call them and send webforms on how to withdraw that work permit application since you are now a PR.

Hello. May I know what you did regarding your work permit extension application? Did you submit a webform to withdraw it and get a refund?
