Please suggest whom to complaint to cancel my husband's Canada PR. He has left me and I want to stop him from leaving India to Canada?
I have just filed an fir but the divorce case has not started yet.
What is the process to cancel his PR I don't know his PR details or ssn I just have his Indian pan details and passport details.

There is no process for you to cancel his PR card or status. Nothing you can do to stop him returning to Canada as far as IRCC is concerned.

Is there not something they can do if he has not landed in Canada for the first time?

He is Indian and when we were married both of us applied for PR but he hasn't given me my PR card and both the cards are under his possession if not cancelling his PR then whom to approach to make him stop visiting Canada

You cannot cancel his PR and you cannot stop him from visiting Canada.

The only thing you can do is apply to get a new version of your own PR card.

You cannot impact him in any way.

It doesn't sound like marriage fraud. Just sounds like a marriage gone wrong on both sides.
