Hi! My husband already has the visa and is scheduled to land this October 7. But 3 days ago, he confessed to me that he cheated. And instead of proving to me that he loves me more than the other woman and that he’s sorry for what he did, he told me that i dont deserve him and asked me to let him land in Canada and he will not bother me anymore! Which Im not gonna let it happen. He only used me so he can get here which Im totally blind. What Im going to do?Can I call CIC and let them stop his entry?

If your marriage has broken down, you should inform CIC. CIC hopefully can cancel his visa/COPR before your husband landed.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for him for the next 3 years after he landed.

Immediately raise a Case Specific Enquiry, mark it as URGENT and inform the issuing visa office of the situation, stating that you immediately wish to withdraw from the sponsorship.. Use any other means of communication available to you as well.. You may not succeed but at least you can try.

Withdraw the sponsorship right away before he land as long as he didnt land yet u can still withdraw your sponsorship

Very bad news . Why ppl do that ! Just use spouse as a ladder for Canada. Please do as advised above as soon as you can.
Visit the IRCC website and submit your withdrawal request by filling a web form. You will be required to fill in details such as your name, date of birth, date that of the application was submitted, the type of application and reason for withdrawal.
Applicants may withdraw applications for other personal reasons such as divorce or when the sponsor believes that his/her relationship with the sponsored relative has broken down.
