MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING/EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
I, John Lichtenwalter, Division President of Canamont Construction Inc, Montreal QC, Canada, with reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, hereby agree
to offer you employment having consent to all that is written below in this Memorandum
of Contract. DESIGNATION
Accountant
SALARY
The Employee’s basic salary will be at the rate of CAD 8,500 (Monthly) and CAD 102,000
(Per Annum). FOREIGN EMPLOYEE ALLOWANCES/ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconveniences: $600.00 CAD (Monthly)
Car Maintenance: $800.00 CAD (Monthly)
Entertainment & Recreation: $600.00-dollar (Monthly)
Travel & Events: $500.00 CAD (Monthly)
TOTAL ALLOWANCES: $2,500.00 CAD (after all Tax deduction has been made). TAX MATTERS
Withholding. All forms of compensation referred to in this letter agreement are subject to
reduction to reflect applicable withholding and payroll taxes and other deductions required
by law. Tax Advice: You are encouraged to obtain your own tax advice regarding your compensation
from the Company. You agree that the Company does not have a duty to design its
compensation policies in a manner that minimizes your tax liabilities, and you will not make
any claim against the Company or its Board of Directors related to tax liabilities arising
from your compensation. CONTRACT DURATION
The duration of contract is five (5) years starting from the day of official report at office, the
extension of contract will be mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the
Employee. PROBATION PERIOD
The Employee will undergo a four (4) weeks period of training/orientation upon resumption to
work, in order to get used to our ways and a probation period of three (3) months. Your
