Canadian WP Can i travel to US on H1 and back to Canada

HI, I have a valid Canadian WP Stamped and is valid till the end of the year. Also i have an valid H1 from a different employer and i wanted to check if i can travel to US on H1 for a week and back to Canada on existing WP.
